To ensure product integrity and safety, we accept returns on items that are in their original packaging and have been used minimally.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed authorization form.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
